Last Friday we celebrated our first ever EO Day here at Pennine HQ. It was great to get together as one, with the day consisting of business strategy updates, key financials, a Q&A with the Senior Leadership Team, and so much more.
One of the huge benefits of getting every employee together in one room, was that it was such a positive way to communicate our key messages, and the engagement and enthusiasm was brilliant to see.
In the afternoon, we wanted to reward our staff who have been at Pennine a long time, with our long service awards, and we ended the day with a fun, old fashioned, Pennine quiz – the winning team even received a voucher to have a meal out on the company!
We’re already looking forward to EO Day 2023 – which will be even bigger and better…
