Step 1: Order Placement
The journey begins over the phone or via email with Customer Services. Whether you are looking for surgical devices, procedure packs, or drapes and gowns, our easy to navigate website makes it easy to find and learn more about the products you are interested in. We are always on hand to assist with any queries, ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process.
Step 2: Consultation and Development
Our Account Manager, Toni, will work closely with you to understand your specific needs and challenges. This collaborative approach ensures that your specific component and presentation needs will be met in full and on time. We prioritise our core value of continuous improvement, resulting in solutions that meet the highest standards.
Step 3: Sample Packs
To ensure that our products meet your exact requirements, we provide non-sterile sample packs for evaluation. These samples allow you to test, feel, and discuss the products in your practice and provide feedback. This crucial step helps us refine our designs and make any necessary adjustments before moving to production.
Step 4: Assembly upon Order
Once the samples are approved and any adjustments are made, you can place your order, whether that be a call off order or a standing order and then we can move on to the assembly. Each product is custom assembled to order in our state-of-the-art Packs Cleanroom. Utilising high quality, UK manufactured materials, we ensure durability and reliability. Our skilled workforce ensures that every product is meticulously assembled to meet your exacting standards.
Step 5: Sterilisation and Distribution
After assembly, the products undergo a stringent sterilisation process to ensure they are safe and ready for use. Our packaging is designed to be both secure and easy to navigate – by simply tearing the white panel ensures the Procedure pack is opened in an aseptic manner. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and securely in line with our Triple S Guarantee – Security of Supply, Safety, and Sustainability. Our extensive distribution network allows us to deliver our products to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and distributors across the UK.
