Once again, we are proud to have awarded our Long Service Awards this week to members of staff that have been representing Pennine for between 5 and 35 years.
This is a great testament to our colleagues, and the business, as we invest in our colleagues through years to come.
Our employees are the heart of our organisation and are vital to the long-term success of the business. We put our employees at the center of everything we do and we are so grateful to every single one that continues their career with Pennine.
Each Long Service Awardee received a special lunch with our Senior Leadership Team, to talk about their experiences throughout the years, and celebrate their achievement.
Its important that our colleagues understand that their ongoing commitment to their roles day in day out, are pivotal to the success of Pennine. We thank everyone for their dedication.
