Employee-Ownership is a business model in which employees hold a significant stake in the company, often through an Employee Ownership Trust.

This model aligns the interests of the employees with the success of the business, promoting a sense of shared responsibility and collective achievement.

Here at Pennine, after 12 months of service, each employee is allocated one share in our business, making them eligible for up to £3,600 pa in tax free bonus.

‘EO businesses regularly outperform non-EO peers in almost every metric – they’re 8-12% more productive and invest more in their people, innovation, and communities’ – The Employee Ownership Association.
